Sacrewell Watermill
Grade II* Listed watermill constructed in c1755 and fully refurbished with the help of Heritage Lottery Funding. The watermill was on the Heritage at Risk Register. We worked to restore the mill to full working order and converted the buildings to a learning centre and a local attraction.

The building had been derelict for a number of years with substantial damage to the roof and wall structure. The proposals included a new roof support which relieved the spread action caused by the dilapidation. The proposals also included the improvement of the water exclusion to the water facing walls of the building.
The project won the RICS Project of the Year in the East of England area.
